Area attractions include summer raft trips on the Rogue and Klamath Rivers, several excellent nearby golf courses, winter skiing at nearby Mt. Ashland, and Ashland’s new ice rink which is open in the winter months. It is a short drive to historic Jacksonville with the summer outdoor Britt Music Festival, and day trips are possible to the Oregon Caves, the Oregon Coast, and Crater Lake National Park.
