Ingredients
½ lb. big frozen Shelled Prawns
½ lb. frozen already cut and cleaned calamari
½ lb. medium or big size fresh or frozen scallop
½ medium red onion (sliced )
1/3 bunch cilantro leaves
2 stalks green onion
1 stalk fresh lemon grass (sliced)
1 cup Mints leaves for garnish
Dressing:
3 to 4 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 -2 tbsp chili paste with soya bean oil
1-2 Thai chili pepper for spicier taste (optional )
