FOR THE BEEF SALAD:

(recipe for 4-5 people)
1 LB Top Sirloin steak
1 head of Romaine lettuce
½ cucumber
1 tomato
¼ cut red onion
1/3 bunch of cilantro
3 tablespoons of lime juice
4 tablespoons of fish sauce
½ teaspoons of sugar
1 thai chili pepper or serano or ½ jalapeno

Broil the top sirloin steak for 10 minutes on one side, then turn it over and broil for an additional 5 minutes. Slice meat into bite sized pieces.

Add sliced meat, cucumbers, red onion and mix. Pour mixture over Romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Add tomato and cilantro for garnish.
