In each 30 minute episode master Thai chef Dim Geefay leads her American born daughter, Cathy, step by step through her favorite easy to follow recipes using many ingredients she finds on local supermarket shelves (mixed with some exotic ingredients from Asian grocery stores). Dim and shows Cathy and viewers how to cook up all those favorite mouth watering Thai dishes from main courses like “green curry with chicken” “pud Thai” and “spicy beef salad” to appetizers like “Mee grob” and “Mieng Cum” to desserts like “sweet rice with mangos”.
This informative and entertaining Thai cooking series is currently airing throughout the United States on the “Good Life TV Network” and getting rave reviews from viewers.
