| Beef Broccoli |

Ingredients |
| 1 pound of Flank Stake (lean and tender,sliced into bite size pieces) |
| 1 tbsp soy sauce |
| Ground black peppers |
| 1 tsp fish sauce |
| 3 tbsp oyster sauce |
| 1 tsp cornstarch |
| 1 tsp sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp cooking wine (optional) |
| ½ cup cooking oil |
| 3-4 big cloves garlic ( crushed) |
| 3 heads Broccoli ( cut into bite sized pieces with stems) |
| ¼ water |

| Preparation |
| Cut up pieces of flank steak and put them in a large mixing bowl |
add soy sauce, fresh cracked peppers, fish sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and cooking wine |
| Mix ingredients into the meat. (This dish tastes Even better if can you mix these in 2 to3 hours ahead of time) |
Crush the fresh garlic and chop it into tiny bits. Then add the garlic to the marinated meat. |
Now heat a frying pan or wok over high heat |
Heat about ½ cup of cooking oil in the wok or frying pan until the oil gets really hot . |
Toss in the marinated meat and
stir quickly |
Then throw in the cut up broccoli |
Keep stirring and turning the meat and broccoli over.
(If it starts to look a little dry , add little water.) |
Keep stirring until the meat is cook and the Broccoli is tender but crispy, |
urn the heat off. |
